Politics of booking :
On any booking an equivalent deposit of a day of rent will be asked.
This deposit guarantee first night (Minimum $22,73).
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of arrived foreseen, the deposit is not refundable.
For any other period of cancellation ( more than 48 hours) we hold $10,00 for cool administration and pay off the difference.
